At just a short distance from the inviting waters of the Kattegat and a 20-minute drive away from Skagen, it will not be easy to find a better location than this for your holiday in northern Denmark.

      But even if the local area is top class, you may still find it hard to drag yourselves away from the incredible holiday home and its grounds. The facilities here are fantastic and there is no shortage of fun activities to be enjoyed.

      A dip in the water is guaranteed in this house, come rain or shine. That is because this luxury summer house has an indoor heated swimming pool which you can use at absolutely any point in the year. Meanwhile, the bubbling whirlpool makes for a great place to enjoy a quiet moment of relaxation, and so too does the scorching sauna. Put simply, there is plenty to do here no matter whether you want to splash about or sit back and soak.

      And the bathing options don’t end there! Just outside the pool area, you will find an outdoor hot tub which enjoys an optimal location in the corner of the terrace. Here you can continue your wellness experience under an open sky – even on chillier winter days.

      And when your fingers start turning into raisins and it comes time to get out, the fun can continue in the summer house’s activity room. Here you can go head to head at table tennis, billiards, table football and darts. Meanwhile, spectators can hang at the bar or watch a film on the TV.

      All that swimming, laughter and fun is sure to work up your appetites – and where better to help with that then the kitchen and dining area? This open-plan space features a well-equipped kitchen where you will find ample space to whip up meals for all the family. You can enjoy meals together around the long dining table, and afterwards you can retire to the sofa nook for a good film.

      In total, the house has seven good bedrooms located at both ends of the house. Plus there is also space for up to four people to sleep in the loft which will no doubt delight the kids. The summer house has three bathrooms in total.

      The Danish summer simply has to be enjoyed outdoors and the terrace at this luxury holiday home is a great place to relax and barbecue on warm evenings. Out in the garden, kids can romp around in the sandbox, jump on the trampoline, play in the play tower or swing.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
