This luxury 30-person holiday home is located close to Skagen in the wonderful village of Ålbæk, which is known for its gorgeous beaches, beautiful landscapes and proximity to bustling town life.

The house is perfect for large families or groups of friends with kids who want to gather for an unforgettable holiday together. Inside you will find 12 bedrooms divided across four distinct sections, one of which is a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed, with a bathrooms in each quarter and another by the pool area. In addition to all the cosy bedrooms, you will also find two lofts which sleep four people between them – invariably a hit with kids and youngsters. In other words, there is plenty of space for everyone here!

With so many mouths to feed, you will find plenty of space to unleash your culinary skills in the XL kitchen which has two sinks, fridges, ovens and dishwashers as well as a wonderful wine fridge for the grown-ups. There is plenty of room for multiple chefs to get involved and do their bit in the kitchen. The long dining table in the middle of the living room boasts plenty of space for everyone to gather for special meals and banquets. The house in general has plenty of space for all the family and makes a great choice for large family gatherings or milestone birthdays that deserve to be celebrated in style. If you feel like getting snug in a comfortable chair, you will find plenty of options for this in the spacious living area.

Meanwhile, as the chefs keep busy in the kitchen, the rest of the gang can head to the large activity room where they will find all that the heart desires – from billiards and table tennis to darts and table football. So cut loose and go head to head for hours on end. Or if you consider yourself more of a spectator, take up a perch by the bar and pour yourself a cold drink from the fridge. If you want to set just the right mood, use the wireless speakers installed throughout the house and enjoy some good music as you relax.

The house also has a 23 m2 swimming pool with water slide and counter-current system which can be accessed via the main living area. Perfect for hours of fun, games and exercise. Quieter moments can also be enjoyed in the bubbling outdoor whirlpool on the terrace, followed by a moment in the sauna to really get some heat back in your bones. There is also an outdoor shower which can be used all year round for those who like to really feel invigorated.

Large parts of the lovely terrace are made of wood. Under the covered part of the terrace, there is a luxury grill and garden furniture with seating for everyone. In the lounge area, there is room for relaxation, while the children have fun on the playground in the garden. There is a sandbox, play tower, slide and an in-ground trampoline for the kids to enjoy. An added bonus of this house is the large multi-purpose pitch, which is shared with the neighbouring house. Here you can play football, basketball, volleyball and much more. This wonderful 30-person holiday home quite simply has activities to suit guests of all ages.

Visitors arriving by electric car will be able to charge up no problem as the house has its own charging point. Just remember to bring your own cable.
