Built by Skanlux and designed as a Sammenhus™, the house is ideal for several families or a larger group of friends who want to enjoy a holiday together. An indoor pool, fun games and outdoor wellness facilities await – all within easy reach of the beach, golf and the many attractions of Skagen.

The living area is a natural gathering place during your holiday. The open-plan layout makes it easy to spend time together even when everyone is doing different things – some may be preparing dinner, others setting the table, while the youngest guests get out a game. There is plenty of room for long dinners and relaxing moments after a day at the beach, on the golf course or exploring Skagen.

The pool area offers hours of fun and relaxation for children and adults alike. The indoor pool can be enjoyed all year round, whatever the weather outside. When you are in the mood for a little more action, challenge each other to air hockey, table tennis and darts, and organise your own holiday tournaments.

Outside, a lovely wellness area invites you to slow down and relax. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, enjoy the warmth of the sauna, or take a refreshing dip in the cold-water tub followed by a rinse under the outdoor shower. The terrace also features garden furniture and an electric barbecue, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors on warm days. The house also has two 11 kW EV charging points, allowing you to conveniently charge your electric car during your stay.

The pool house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements comprise one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and two bedrooms with family bunk beds offering 3 sleeping places each. There are also 2 lofts with 2 mattresses each, best suited for children.

Bunken and Hvide Klit are ideal for a holiday combining nature, beach days and excursions. Hvide Klit Golf Club is just approx. 100 metres from the holiday home and offers an 18-hole course, Pay & Play, a café and a restaurant. Around 1,000 metres away, you will find a lovely sandy beach on the Kattegat coast, surrounded by dunes. From Bunken Station, approx. 500 metres from the house, you can reach Skagen by train in around 15 minutes or the charming town of Ålbæk in just a few minutes.
