      This impressive house was built in 2023 and has space for up to 12 people. It promises an unforgettable holiday in scenic surroundings close to the child-friendly Bratten Strand. Enjoy its lovely terraces and large swimspa which simply completes the holiday experience. The home is perfectly suited for several families or couples who want to enjoy a holiday together. The large 3000 m² natural plot offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and the sea is no more than 800 metres away.

      The outdoor facilities include open terrace areas, a covered terrace, swings, a trampoline, play tower, slide, beach volleyball, an outdoor shower and a barbecue for pleasant summer evenings before a backdrop of the setting sun.
      Meanwhile, the activity room offers plenty of entertainment including darts, table tennis and shuffleboard. There are five bedrooms in total including both double beds, single beds and bunk beds. There is also a cot for your little ones and two bathrooms.

      In the heart of this charming holiday home, you will find a fully equipped kitchen where you can unleash the full extent of your gastronomic abilities. Perfect for big family dinners and unforgettable evenings gathered around the table. There is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy every meal in each other's company. You can then relax in the cosy sofa area with a bowl of popcorn and a great film.

      Relax in the outdoor spa which is big enough to hold all twelve of you or explore a range of entertainment options on the four smart TVs which have Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German and English-language channels. Wireless internet is also available in the holiday home.

      Plus you will also find a charging point so guests arriving by electric car will be able to charge up during their stay.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
