Newly built (2021) summer house for 10 people with sea views in Grønhøj

Located in the sweet spot between the beach in Grønhøj, an incredible dune landscape and not far from the lively atmosphere of Løkken, this luxury holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people. Large bright rooms, nice furniture and more cosy atmosphere than you can shake a stick at. Truly a fantastic place to holiday with family or a group of friends who want to spend some quality time together.

The natural heart of the home is its large combined kitchen and living space which boasts a spacious and bright open-plan design. You will find ample space for cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and room for all the family to gather and enjoy a shared meal around the long dining table with sea views through the glass partition. Also in this room is a cosy sofa area where you can really unwind and kick back with a good film, a game or something else altogether. If you don’t feel like cooking or socialising at the sofas, you can take yourself off to the house’s alcove.

If the weather is nice, there is direct access to the exquisite terrace from the kitchen and living space. Out here you can prepare food on the barbecue and enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of the sea. From the terrace you need only walk 100 metres through the dunes for direct access to the fantastic beach on the grounds. In addition to the barbecue, garden furniture and the great views there is also an outdoor hot tub on the terrace. The perfect spot on both cold and hot evenings. On this terrace you will also find an outdoor shower where you can cool down and freshen up after a moment in the warm hot tub.

The fun may then continue indoors where you will find both a sauna and an indoor whirlpool. From the bathroom there is direct access to the outdoor spa on the terrace.

When you aren’t enjoying the house’s spa and wellness facilities you can spend time instead in the property’s activity room. The activity room is located in its own little annex and is where you can compete at billiards, darts and table football. If you don’t feel like playing, you can settle down in the cosy sofa area and read a book or watch something via the Chromecast.

When it comes time to recharge your batteries you can do so in one of the summer house’s five double bedrooms – three of which have a TV with Chromecast

Your electric or hybrid car will also be well looked after if you’ve got one – there are charging stations (type 2) located at the house.
