Outside, there are more wonderful experiences to be had, including an outdoor shower and a large wooden terrace surrounding the house. There are several cosy nooks here, so you can always find shelter or sun, as well as a lovely covered area where you can really enjoy the view of the dunes.

The terrace is perfect for long summer evenings spent barbecuing and enjoying good food in the comfortable outdoor seating area, while nature provides a peaceful and atmospheric backdrop. The secluded plot makes it easy to switch off completely and enjoy your holiday in private.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

What time can we arrive at the house?

The house will be at your disposal from 15:00 on your day of arrival. It is not normally possible to access the house earlier than that.

What time do we need to vacate the house by?

The house is at your disposal until 10:00 on your day of departure (or 11:00 if you are departing on a Sunday). A later departure than that is not usually possible.

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burning stove?
