      Welcome to this gorgeous holiday home in Hirtshals which is close to Kjul Strand and simply perfect for your next family holiday. Here, you will find both peace and quiet as well as many different ways to explore the local landscape. The area is home to wonderful sandy beaches where you can enjoy the sunshine, go for a dip or enjoy a long walk along the coast. For the nature lovers among you, there are many gorgeous trails and areas where you can go hiking and cycling.

      Hirtshals has many exciting activities to offer, including the impressive North Sea Oceanarium and the historic Hirtshals Lighthouse where you can enjoy some fantastic views out over the sea. Kjul Strand is a calm and family-friendly area which is simply great for relaxing and spending time in good company. No matter whether you’re looking for an active holiday or if you just want to take it easy in beautiful surroundings, you’ll find that Hirtshals and Kjul Strand have something for everyone.

      The holiday home is located at the end of a dead-end street and can accommodate up to 16 people, making it ideal for big families or friend groups. There are three bedrooms on either side of the living space as well as two lofts which sleep two each and are perfect for kids. There are two bathrooms in total.

      The large activity room boasts both billiards and table tennis, and is sure to be a favourite spot among the competitive ones in your group. Water lovers, meanwhile, will enjoy the whirlpool and large swimming pool, where you can splash, swim and play to your heart’s content. Or if you would rather keep things a little more zen, you’ll find a gorgeous whirlpool out on the terrace with lovely views of nature. Simply sit back, relax and enjoy the heat under an open sky.

      Enjoy the lovely wooden terrace on warm summer days while the kids jump on the trampoline or have fun on the swing. The house is located around 500 metres from an amazing and very inviting white sandy beach where you can go for walks or lie and doze.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
