      Lovely summer house for up to 18 people in Liseleje

      Approx. 500 metres from Liseleje village and beach in an old summer house area is where you will find Bella Beach. This Skanlux summer house is located on a secluded and sunny plot and is within walking distance of Liseleje. A village bubbling with life all year round and home to restaurants, ice cream stands, cafés, bakeries and a supermarket. Liseleje Strand is a wide, north-west-facing beach which is both child-friendly and the perfect place to watch the sun go down over the sea after a delicious evening meal.

      If some getting out and about is on the agenda, this area is home to both gorgeous castles and activities for all the family. The kitchen is New Yorker style with black cabinet doors, metro tiles and industrial-style hanging lamps. The rest of the house sports a laid-back and relaxed design with indirect lighting, dimmers and pictures of beaches from all over the world.

      In addition to the seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and the loft there is also a pool room with an 18 m2 pool with water slide, counter-current system, whirlpool and sauna, plus an activity room with pool, table football, darts a Nintendo Wii and a PlayStation. There is wireless internet throughout the house, three TVs (65" in the living room) with a huge satellite package and a stereo system.

      Outdoors you will find a trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance), jungle gym, two barbecues, a large covered terrace, sun loungers, table and chairs and a good-sized lawn with two football nets.

      Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
