      Welcome to this lovely holiday home in Asserbo, where both forest and beach offer an endless array of wonderful outdoor experiences.

      The pool house can sleep up to 18 people and offers plenty of facilities for a wonderful vacation together.

      There is an exquisite pool room where guests can swim and splash in the 18 m2 pool or relax in the sauna and whirlpool. The pool has a slide, counter-current system and Roman steps.

      There is space for all guests to gather around the dining table in the combined kitchen/living area. And cooking for the whole gang will be no trouble at all as the kitchen is well equipped with two ovens, two fridges and two dishwashers.

      Within the open-plan living space you will find a cosy lounge area with sofas, a wood-burning stove and a TV.

      The house also has an activity room where you can enjoy a game of billiards, table tennis, table football or darts, or play video games from the sofas. The activity room also has a cosy little bar with its own fridge.

      The house has two distinct sleeping quarters with three and four bedrooms respectively plus one bathroom in each area. Plus there is a loft which sleeps four people.

      The house is encircled by a large garden with a pleasant and partially covered terrace. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden has a swing and a sandbox for the youngest guests to enjoy. The house has a 16A CEE socket for charging your electric car.

      Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
