This beautiful property in Højby offers a perfect combination of relaxation, fun activities and modern comforts, set amid the gorgeous scenery of Odsherred.

      The spacious layout provides plenty of room for up to 14 people across five comfy bedrooms and two lofts, which kids in particular will love. The design of this house makes it possible for everyone to lay claim to their own little corner, while the common rooms are great for socialising as a group.

      The heart of this home is the open-plan kitchen and living space, which has everything you will need to prepare delicious meals together. The large dining table offers plenty of space for all the family and after meals, you can kick back in the sofa area where the wood-burning stove creates a warm and cosy ambience – perfect for game nights or enjoying a good film.

      No holiday will ever feel boring in this holiday home, where the activities are in good supply. The private indoor pool is ideal for a refreshing dip or a game in the water – or if you prefer being in the fresh air, you can enjoy the outdoor whirlpool and sauna while the kids play on the trampoline and swings nearby.

      Meanwhile, the competitive among you can head to the activity room where billiards, table tennis, table football and darts all await – great for tournaments, with fun moments guaranteed. After a jam-packed day of experiences and activities, you can gather around the barbecue on the terrace which is partially covered and kitted out with comfortable garden furniture. There's simply no better place to enjoy long summer evenings in tranquil surroundings.

      With a location close to the beach in Højby, you can easily explore the beautiful coastal area of Korevlerne and several nearby attractions. Discover incredible nature and history at Geopark Odsherred, or enjoy a day of family fun at the Sommerland Sjælland amusement park. If you're a keen golfer, Odsherred Golf Club is just a short drive away. You can also visit local galleries and artisan workshops, while the local beach is regarded as one of the best sandy beaches in this part of Denmark for both relaxing and swimming.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
