    This summer house for up to 24 people has all the facilities you need for a great holiday, located in a sweet spot between the towns of Tisvildeleje and Rågeleje where both forest and beach invite you to enjoy many an outdoor adventure. The resort town of Rågeleje is just 2 km from the house and boasts summer atmosphere, cosy shops, cafés, restaurants and a child-friendly beach. North Zealand is brimming with interesting museums and sights, plus all the many attractions and shops of Copenhagen are just 45 minutes away by car.

    Inside you will find a large pool room where guests can splash and swim in the 20 m2 pool with counter-current system, Roman steps and water slide or simply relax for a moment in the warm sauna or the bubbly whirlpool.

    There is space for all guests to gather around the dining table in the combined kitchen/living area. And cooking for the whole gang will be no trouble at all as the kitchen is well equipped with two ovens, two fridges and two dishwashers.

    Within the open-plan living space you will find a cosy lounge area with sofas, a wood-burning stove and a TV. The house also has an activity room where you can enjoy a game of billiards, table tennis, table football and darts, or have a go on the PlayStation 4 from the room’s comfy sofa area. The activity room even has its own bar with fridge where you can serve up some cold drinks and cheer on the players.

    Sleeping accommodation is spread across nine bedrooms in three distinct bedroom quarters with one bathroom in each area. Plus there are two lofts with beanbag chairs and a TV which combined sleep six people.

    There is a large garden around the house and a nice large terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue. Outside in the garden you will find a trampoline, swing set with slide and a sandbox for younger guests to enjoy.

    The house has a 16A CEE socket for charging your electric car.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
