      This luxury summer house can sleep up to 14 people while remaining very cosy and comfortable for a fantastic family holiday with all the gang. Sleeping accommodation is spread across five bedrooms and a loft which sleeps four. The loft is a great option for kids who want to share a room.

      The kitchen/living space is the natural heart of the home and located right in the middle of it all. Here you can make yourself cosy by the wood-burning stove or gather together for a delicious meal. The well-appointed kitchen with two ovens is a part of this open-plan space so the kitchen team won’t feel like they’ve been relegated from the fun.

      The activity room can be accessed from the living area and has a combined billiards and table tennis table. You will also find darts and a PlayStation 4 which you can use to watch a film or play some games.

      The ultimate space in this holiday home is the large pool room. You can splash and swim in the 15 m2 indoor swimming pool for as long as you like. The water slide and Roman steps make it super easy to get in and out of the pool. In the corner of the room is a six-person whirlpool and entrance to the house sauna.

      The house has a nice south-facing wooden deck terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also an outdoor tap. The terrace is partially covered so you can find some shade on warm summer days or place prams and similar out of the sun. The garden has plenty to keep the kids busy – an in-ground trampoline, a play tower with swing and sandbox.

      There are two CCE connectors for electric car charging in the driveway.

      The property is located in the holiday home area of Vejby Strand, which is close to the beach and a natural destination for holidays in Denmark. In the winter months, the hilly landscape is a great place to enjoy walks in areas such as Tibirke Hills, Heatherhill in Rågeleje and the Tisvilde Hegn plantation. After a reinvigorating walk there is nothing better than firing up the wood-burning stove and kicking back or warming up in the sauna. All over North Zealand you will find quaint little farm shops and stalls selling fresh vegetables and local produce. The area also offers plenty of great local eateries. Just a short hour’s drive away from the holiday home is Copenhagen where you will find urban pulse, shopping and a wealth of different sights. It is possible to travel between Copenhagen and Vejby Strand by public transport.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
