      Large modern holiday home by Rågeleje and Vejby Strand with pool and fitness room – a popular holiday home area with a sandy beach on the Kattegat coast and lots of great options for cycling and hiking. The area boasts activities to suit every taste, from watersports and windsurfing to kitesurfing and golf.

      This holiday home is the perfect bolthole for larger families or groups of friends who want to experience the best of the Danish summer in all its glory. In addition to eight bedrooms,
      divided into 2 sleeping areas with shower and toilet, as well as two bedrooms and a loft, especially suitable for children, in the section with the fitness room.

      The kitchen is the heart of the house and it is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay. After dinner, you can all gather in the lounge area and relax with a film or just enjoy each other’s company.

      The summer house is also brimming with heaps of entertainment and activities for guests of all ages. In the activity room, you can challenge each other to a game of darts, table tennis, billiards or table football. There's Nintendo for the gaming enthusiasts and a bar where you can follow any sporting events on the TV. Meanwhile, the fitness fanatics among you will be sure to appreciate the fitness room, which is equipped with yoga mats, TRX equipment and a wallbar.

      And for those of you seeking total relaxation, you should head to the luxurious pool area with a sauna, hot tub and a large indoor pool. Where you can indulge in some wellness and forget all about the stresses and strains of everyday life.

      Sunny summer evenings can be enjoyed out on the large wooden terrace with food from the barbecue and good company. In the large secluded and enclosed garden, children can play freely on the swings and in the sandpit. You can also bring along your own football to use on the rebounder or make use of the popular Spikeball set, while nature lovers will find peace and serenity in the cosy shelter under an open sky.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
