      This beautiful and extremely well-appointed Skanlux summer house is located close to the child-friendly beach at Sydals.

      It boasts a fantastic pool room with a large 21 m2 pool, water slide and a spacious whirlpool, as well as a sauna. A great place for guests of all ages to play and enjoy life.

      When you have finished bathing and relaxing in the whirlpool or sauna, you’ll find ample use for your new-found energy in the activity room. Here you can challenge each other at billiards, table football, darts and table tennis. And if that is not enough to quench your competitive spirit, you can continue on the games consoles (PlayStation and Nintendo Wii).

      From the living room, which is the house's natural heart, you can keep an eye on the goings-on in the pool room through a large glass partition. You can fire up the wood-burning stove and keep up with dinner preparations as the living room is directly connected to the kitchen.

      Bedrooms in this summer house are very practically spread across two separate sections plus a loft which can sleep up to four children. Each of the sections has its own bathroom.

      When you feel like getting some air, you can have fun by the barbecue on the covered terrace, take a walk along the water’s edge or play with the children on the swings, in the sandbox or jumping on the trampoline.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
