      Welcome to this beautiful Skanlux pool house, which is located on the island of Als by Kegnæs Strand.

      This summer house is packed with activities including a lovely pool area with a 15 m2 swimming pool with water slide and built-in counter-current system. This mini park also includes a whirlpool, a bathroom with underfloor heating and a sauna.

      In addition to the many hours you can spend in the house's pool area, there is plenty more on offer as well. There is a fully equipped activity room with billiards/table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 3 and darts.

      The same room also features an enticing climbing wall for kids (with safety mat underneath). The kitchen is directly connected to the living room and has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and freezer.

      The house is extremely spacious and well dimensioned, and it is built up around two sleeping quarters, each with its own bathroom. There is also a loft with space for younger guests to sleep.

      There is a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun in good-quality garden furniture. The natural plot that surrounds the house is great for younger guests and features a play tower and swings.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
