Big house with pool for rent in Kegnæs on Als

This fantastic and well-appointed holiday home was built by Skanlux in Kegnæs, Sydals. Kegnæs is a small peninsula on the island of Als surrounded by amazing beaches, fantastic opportunities for angling and ideal conditions for windsurfing and paragliding. The nature around Kegnæs, and on Als in general, is unparalleled with all its many variations and the fantastic experiences which await.

The house offers a wealth of opportunities for shared activities and individual relaxation together with family, friends or colleagues. The house’s very own mini water park is a wonderland for fans of the water with a 19 m2 pool with counter-current system and water slide. Be sure to round off your swim with a visit to the relaxing whirlpool with space for 4–6 people or to the sauna.

When you have finished bathing and relaxing in the spa, the sauna or by the bar, you’ll find ample use for your new-found energy in the activity room where you can enjoy a game of billiards/table tennis, table football or darts. Or if that is not enough to quench your thirst for competition, then you can challenge each other to a game on the PlayStation 3.

The focal point of the house is the kitchen/dining area, which is directly connected to the living room and its cosy wood-burning stove and tasteful furnishings. The living room has a 65” TV for movie nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your holiday and there is ample space for a bit of company in the kitchen as you prepare the dinner and listen to music over the stereo system.

If you would like a bit of fresh air, head out and enjoy the sun, take a walk to the beach or barbecue on the terrace while the kids play on the swings, the sandbox or the trampoline.

Als is also home to two 18-hole golf courses, Universe amusement park, go-kart courses and many other options to be active on your holiday. Be sure to also visit the capital of Als, Sønderborg, which has a really lovely harbour promenade with many nice cafés and restaurants. Sønderborg also has a really good pedestrian street lined with small specialty stores and a large shopping centre offering a wide range.

The house is also very suitable for smaller conferences, meetings or the similar where colleagues can relax and connect in comfy surroundings.

The kitchen and the house’s other activities can be used for fun and enriching team building experiences where only your imagination sets the limits. Whiteboards and flip charts can be made available providing you kindly let us know when making your booking.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.
