Holiday home in Mommark for 18 people with pool and spa facilities

This exquisite summer house for up to 18 people enjoys a great location between the beach and the charming marina in Mommark in Sydals which is known for its idyllic nature and beautiful surroundings. The house itself offers plenty to do for both kids and adults alike – indoors, in the great outdoors and in the surrounding resort town environment. If you drive an electric car you will find a convenient charging station at the house.

Inside there is plenty to do no matter the time of year, not least thanks to its the indoor swimming and wellness area. In here you will find a pool with counter-current system and water slide for natural-born water lovers plus a whirlpool and a sauna for those of you seeking to relax.

The house also has an activity room for guaranteed fun and entertainment – and perhaps even a family tournament. The activity room has billiards, table tennis, table football and darts, plus a cosy TV corner with a PlayStation 4 where you can kick back and relax with a game or a good movie. If so much activity has you working up a thirst, you will find a cosy home bar with bar stools in the corner.

In total the house has seven bedrooms with quality beds and ample storage space. The bedrooms are divided across two separate sleeping quarters with one bathroom in each section. In addition, there is also a loft above the activity room where you will find space for four more people to sleep and a really cosy atmosphere that is often popular among kids and teenagers.

The natural heart of the home is the bright and spacious kitchen/living space where you can cook meals, chill out and enjoy each other's company. The open-plan and extremely well-appointed kitchen is great for playing chef and working together to prepare delicious meals. At the same time, others can relax and enjoy the cosy holiday atmosphere in the sofa area nearby.

You can choose to either dine indoors at the beautiful long dining table with space for up to a whole 18 people or outdoors on the covered terrace which is equipped with a barbecue. In the garden, kids can have fun on the trampoline which is integrated into the ground and so nice and level with the lawn.

Within just a few metres walking distance of the house is a fantastic common play area for kids of all ages which has a sandbox, pirate ship, basketball court and more. In other words, there is plenty here for a great holiday no matter the time of year.
