Welcome to the perfect house for a family holiday with kids, adults and grandparents. Here you will find plenty of space both inside and out, while the surrounding area is ideal for anyone who enjoys walks on the beach, cosy marinas and exciting attractions.

Located in idyllic Mommark and just a 10 minute walk away from the child-friendly Mommark Strand, this modern Skanlux holiday home can accommodate up to 26 guests. It is a great option for multiple families wanting to holiday together while also enjoying some along time over the course of the break.

The home is divided into three different wings and each one has its own bathroom. This means you will be able to enjoy each other’s company in the common spaces as you play games and relax, but you can also retreat back into your own private sphere without being disturbed.

Both adults and kids can swim, splash and play in the house’s pool room. The water slide is sure to be a hit with the kids while Roman steps ensure that even smaller children can find their way into the water. If a spot of exercise is on the agenda on your holiday, then you can activate the counter-current system and work out in the water. While the kids are kept busy in the pool, the adults can enjoy some relaxation. Enjoy a moment in the whirlpool or sauna and let time stand still.

There is also an outdoor hot tub for relaxation under the open sky. No matter the time of year or whether conditions, this house has ample space and plenty on offer both indoors and out. In summer weather and on warm spring and autumn days, the terrace has everything you need to relax in the fresh air. The terrace is 143 sqm of which 18 sqm is covered. If your family has a king or queen of the barbie, they will be in their element out by the barbecue.

If the weather outside lets you down, you can gather instead in the large and bright kitchen/living space. There is also plenty of space for you to cook together. The house has an XL kitchen with two dishwashers, ovens, hobs and fridges.

Evenings can be spent in the cosy lounge corner watching the television or playing the PlayStation while the large activity room is available for those who prefer to compete and play. Pool sharks can simply grab a cue and get stuck in. You will find billiards/pool, table tennis, darts and table football. Any disagreements about who should be on dishes duty? Or what excursion you should go on the next day? Play a tournament and let the winner decide!

For the smallest ones among you, the swings and the trampoline in the garden may just be the highlight of the trip. Use that downtime before dinner or setting off for the day to learn some new tricks or compete to see who can swing the highest. Just picture the sun setting over Mommark as adults chat on the terrace and the kids laugh and jump on the trampoline – idyllic days await for both kids and adults alike in this summer house.

All holiday homes in Mommark have access to a large, common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Plus the play area also has tables and benches where adults and spectators can relax and enjoy themselves.
