      This beautiful 24-person house is ideal for a good family holiday. Located close to the sandy beach in Mommark and within walking distance of Sønderborg and the charming atmosphere around Mommark marina, you will have ample opportunity to enjoy some fresh air. Although the area is just perfect for hearty walks outside, the attractions indoors are sure to be a hit, too. The house has its very own swimming area, an extraordinary activity room and a practical layout which makes it very easy for multiple families to holiday together.

      Nine bedrooms are distributed across three distinct sleeping areas which each have their own bathroom. In addition there is also space for six people to sleep up in the loft which is usually a popular choice among younger guests. Another bathroom can also be found in the pool area. Countless hours of fun are guaranteed in the pool area. Go for a swim in the 20 m2 swimming pool, enjoy a moment of relaxation in the bubbling whirlpool or experience some real heat in the exquisite and inviting sauna. The pool also has a water slide which is sure to put a few smiles on the faces of younger guests.

      The entire family can gather around the long dining table in the main living area for dinners, or you can relax in the sofa corner by the wood-burning stove which will keep you warm on chillier days. The large and beautiful XL kitchen is equipped with two sinks, two ovens, two dishwashers, extra hobs and plenty of fridge space. So you will have no trouble getting everyone to help with dinner preparations.

      After your meal, you can then enjoy a fun evening in the large activity room. For example, you can play some table tennis or billiards. Also in this room you will find table football, darts and a PlayStation 4. Every game needs its spectators and referees, so the corner bar provides a cosy space where they can enjoy a cold drink and watch the players.

      Outdoors you will have ample opportunity to cut loose and enjoy the sunshine or host a barbecue night for all the gang. The youngest among you can also go for a swing or jump on the in-ground trampoline which is located in the garden. The terrace is partially covered and tiled.

      All holiday homes in Mommark have access to a large, common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Plus you will also find tables and benches where parents and spectators can follow all the goings-on and enjoy each other's company.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
