      Are you dreaming of a holiday in a modern holiday home with both a pool and a spa? Then you need look no further!

      This summer home is located on the southern part of Als in the charming, maritime resort area of Mommark. Here you can stroll around the marina or spend your days building sand castles and having fun on the child-friendly beach which can be reached from the house by foot in just a few minutes.

      There is room for 20 guests in the eight double bedrooms and the large loft. The loft is the perfect den for kids with both TV and bean bag chairs.

      If the adults become too boring during the day, the kids can flock back here for an afternoon of fun. The pool room will likely become a source of much fun and mischief on your holiday. With speakers in the ceiling and a water slide, the room promises plenty of fun and enjoyment for kids and adults alike. The whirlpool can be quickly filled with water and heated for a moment of pure relaxation and indulgence.

      Playful souls can take themselves to the large activity room where you can gather together for a game of table tennis, billiards, darts or table football. We promise you will not go bored!

      Outdoors, there is plenty of space for barbecuing on the house's large tiled terrace. The terrace measures 120 sqm and 20 sqm is covered. It is the perfect place to kick back with a good book, even when the summer rain is spitting down from the heavens. If the kids need something to do while the food is cooking on the barbecue, simply send them in the direction of the garden play area. There they will find swings, a trampoline and a climbing tower.

      The large kitchen at the centre of the house has everything you need to cook delicious feasts for the whole family. There is also plenty of space for you to cook as a group while on your holiday. The kitchen/living space has ample room for all 20 guests and often becomes a gathering point for many classic holiday activities – board games, family dinners and planning your adventure and day trips.

      Maybe tomorrow you’ll visit Universe Science Park? Or to Gråsten Palace? Here in Southern Jutland, you will find no shortage of options for a memorable holiday experience together as a family.

      When the day is over and the mist settles in outside, the TV area makes for the perfect place to settle down. Here you can watch your favourite shows or host a family tournament on the house's PlayStation 4.

      All holiday homes in Mommark have access to a large, common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Plus you will also find tables and benches where parents and spectators can follow all the goings-on and enjoy each other's company.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
