      Luxury holiday house for 18 people on Als with outdoor spa and outdoor sauna

      The town of Mommark on the island of Als is where you will find this lovely summer house with plenty of activities and ample space for 18 people. Mommark is a wonderful holiday spot for visitors of all ages. Daily walks can be enjoyed in gorgeous nature along the water or along the charming harbour environment at Mommark Marina. If the weather is just perfect for a dip, you will find a lovely bathing beach not far away where you can frolic and paddle in the sea.

      The cosy holiday home itself also offers ample opportunity for relaxation and well-being no matter the weather or time of year. It has both a whirlpool and a sauna inside and out! If you need that cold shock right after the heat of the sauna you can use the outdoor shower.

      Keen swimmers can burn off some energy in the 18 m2 indoor swimming pool with Roman steps, a counter-current system and a water slide.

      The summer house also has its own activity room where you can play and compete to your heart’s content. You will find billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and a PlayStation 4. The activity room also has its very own bar with fridge where you can chill out and watch the games unfold.

      At the heart of the summer house is the large kitchen and living space which has a cosy sofa area with TV and wood-burning stove. From here you also have a view out onto the terrace.

      The long dining table has ample space for all 18 guests to gather together around a delicious meal which you can prepare in the stylish XL kitchen. Here you will find two dishwashers, two ovens/cookers and plenty of fridge and freezer space. The perfect arena for budding home cooks to show of their skills.

      If the sun has got his hat on, you can prepare your dinner in the outdoor kitchen which has worktop space, a barbecue and a tap. Or if your skills in the kitchen are not required, you can instead relax in the garden furniture on the partially covered terrace with terrace heater.

      The seven double bedrooms are spread across two distinct sleeping quarters with three and four bedrooms respectively plus one bathroom in each area.

      The summer house has a total of three bathrooms with the last one being located in the pool room. In addition there is also room for up to four people to sleep up in the loft which is usually a big hit among kids.

      All holiday homes in Mommark have access to a large, common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Plus you will also find tables and benches where parents and spectators can follow all the goings-on and enjoy each other's company.

      The house has a charger for electric cars and bikes (type 2).

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
