Spacious summer house for 26 people close to the beach in Mommark

The lovely – and new – summer house area of Mommark is where you will find this lovely holiday house with space for up to 26 people. The indoor activities on offer include a pool area and activity room which go hand in hand with the many outdoor activities on offer in the vicinity. Among other things, you can go for a walk on the beach which is located just 500 metres from the house or you can play in the common leisure area which has a multi-purpose court and large playground. With so many activities on offer both indoors and out, you are sure to enjoy a fantastic holiday across generations in this house.

When it comes to indoor activities the pool area is for many the greatest attraction of the house. Fans of the water can splash and soak in the house’s very own swimming pool which comes complete with water slide and counter-current system. While the kids splash and play in the pool, adults can enjoy a moment in the exquisite whirlpool or heat up in the warming sauna. In other words plenty of scope for both wellness and fun.

The activity doesn't end there as this house also has an activity room packed with games and entertainment. In the large activity room, you can unwind with a game of table tennis and billiards. Also in this room you will find table football, darts and a PlayStation 4. No game is without its spectators or referee so take your place at the corner bar or the sofa area and keep an eye on the action while you enjoy a cold drink from the bar’s very own fridge.

At the heart of the cottage lies the large kitchen and living space. Gather around the long dining table or chill out in the sofa corner which is located close to the cosy wood-burning stove. The large and beautiful kitchen is equipped with two sinks, two ovens, extra hob space, two dishwashers and plenty of refrigerator space. In other words, ample room for a whole team of chefs to pitch in!

Outdoors you will have ample opportunity to cut loose and enjoy the sunshine or host a barbecue night for all the gang. The smallest guests among you can swing or jump on the trampoline while dinner is being cooked outdoors on the barbecue. The terrace is partially covered and tiled.

Naturally you will find space for all the family to sleep soundly at night. The summer house has ten bedrooms in total which are divided across three distinct sleeping quarters each with their own bathroom. Plus there is also an extra bathroom in the pool area. The remaining six guests can sleep up in the loft which is especially well suited for kids and teenagers.

All holiday homes in Mommark have access to a large, common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. The play area also has tables and benches where adults and other spectators can chill out and relax in good company.

At the house you'll find two charging stations for electric cars, allowing you to easily charge your car while you enjoy your holiday.
