30-person holiday house with plenty to do in Mommark

If you’re looking for a holiday home where all generations can come together then you need not look much further!

This summer house can accommodate up to 30 people and is busting at the seams with fun and relaxing facilities both outside and in. The property is located in Mommark in the eastern part of Als and is just 500 metres away from the beach. In addition to the good bathing beach, the area is also known for its idyllic harbour which is used both as a marina and for fishing.

Inside the house many hours of fun and quality time together await – even if the weather decides to let you down. The summer house’s wellness area has both a bubbling whirlpool for 6–8 people and an inviting sauna to warm you right through on cold days. Plus you can also go for a swim in the large indoor swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system.

The fun can continue into the large activity room where family duels can unfold. Billiards, table tennis and table football all await plus you can enjoy a cold refreshment at the corner bar. In addition, you can take a break from all the fun and excitement at the room's sofa corner with TV and PlayStation 4, or simply read a good book.

The house has a combined kitchen and living space where you will find an extra large kitchen with two sinks, two ovens, double hobs, two dishwashers and plenty of fridge and freezer space. Big family dinners can be enjoyed around the extra long dining table where you will also have a view into the goings-on in the pool.

This holiday house is perfect for big families – or several families – who want to holiday under one roof but not sleep side by side. This is because the twelve bedrooms are spread across four distinct areas of the house each with three double bedrooms and one bathroom. The total number of bathrooms is five. The remaining six spots are located in the loft above the activity room and are best suited for kids and teens.

Out on the partially covered terrace you can barbecue or enjoy the good weather in each other's company.

All holiday homes in Mommark have access to a large, common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Plus you will also find tables and benches where parents and spectators can follow all the goings-on and enjoy each other's company.
