      This lovely holiday house in Mommark is a real pleasure to spend your holiday in. With bedrooms and space for up to a total of 18 people, you could hardly wish for a better setting to spend your holidays. The house is located in a pleasant summer house area on hilly terrain with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Mommark is a real gem on the island of Als and boasts not only a charming harbour atmosphere down at Mommark Marina but also a wealth of excellent beaches for all the family. So you will find no shortage of things to do outside the house.

      With seven bedrooms and space for 18 people in total, this holiday home is the perfect setting for a holiday with friends or the whole extended family. Sleeping accommodation is divided across two distinct sleeping quarters which makes the house well suited for larger groups.

      A large array of activities and entertainment options are on offer inside the house, so no guest need go bored in either summer or winter. Go for a swim in the 18 m2 swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system no matter the weather or time of year. Alternatively, enjoy a moment of relaxation in the house whirlpool before upping that feeling of tranquillity even further in the inviting sauna.

      Or perhaps you feel more like cutting loose and putting your skills to the test in a range of games in the activity room? Here you can go head to head in table tennis, table football, billiards or darts. Meanwhile, referees and spectators can take their seats at the bar where cold drinks and bar stools complete the experience.

      At the heart of the house is the large kitchen and living space. From the cosy sofa corner close to the wood-burning stove you have views out onto the terrace and the grass lawn.

      From the long dining table you will be able to keep an eye on the swimmers in the pool or the meal being cooked up in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has both double hob space, two ovens, two sinks and two dishwashers so cooking for many people will be both an enjoyable and easily manageable experience.

      If the weather is good, you can enjoy the Danish summer with a barbecue evening out on the terrace or with a spot of play in the garden, where the children are just sure to go wild for the in-ground trampoline.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
