      This luxurious holiday home in Mommark is a spacious 225m2 in size and makes the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with all the family or your entire group of friends. The house can accommodate up to 16 people across six spacious bedrooms and lofts which sleep up to four. It also has three gorgeous bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

      The holiday home boasts a fantastic indoor pool with water slide, making this house the perfect destination for family fun no matter the weather. What’s more, it also has a large activity room where big and small kids alike can have fun playing billiards, table tennis, darts and table football, or kicking back at the bar with a cold refreshment and lounging on the sofas between rounds.

      The open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home and is kitted out with modern furnishings. The kitchen has modern facilities and everything you will need to whip up delicious meals together, which can then be enjoyed at the long dining table. The large, bright lounge area has floor-to-ceiling windows which let in plenty of light and make the area a pleasant place to be. It is furnished with soft and comfy sofas that are just perfect for lounging in after a busy day of activities and a wood-burning stove that will keep you warm and cosy on chilly evenings.

      The outdoor area is just as inviting as the inside. The large terrace has both a whirlpool and a sauna where you can enjoy some heat and relax under an open sky – perhaps as the sun goes down over the gorgeous landscape that surrounds you. As an added bonus, there is also a terrace heater under the covered terrace which you can use to extend those lazy summer evenings. While the kids romp around on the large lawns playing games or bouncing on the in-ground trampoline, the adults can fire up the barbecue and cook something delicious. Both charcoal and gas barbecues are available. Weather permitting, you can gather together for meals on the terrace and enjoy a cosy moment together.

      The property has access to a large outdoor play area and a multi-purpose court which are shared with the other holiday homes in the area. Here you will find something for playful souls of all ages. From swings to a large pirate ship with slides and climbing frames. The multi-purpose court has an artificial-turf surface and can be used for playing football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton.       How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
