      Welcome to the perfect setting for a fun-filled holiday close to Als’ many attractions and fantastic beaches.

      The house has its very own mini water park where you can soak and swim for hours in its 18 m2 pool with water slide and counter-current system. After your swim, you can then relax in the whirlpool with space for 4–6 people or in the sauna.

      There is no excuse for sitting still in this holiday home – it has a large activity room where family and friends can challenge each other to a game of billiards/table tennis, table football, darts or the PlayStation 3. From the house bar, you can mix drinks and cheer on those playing.

      The natural focal point is the house's large living area with its spacious kitchen, dining area and sofa area with wood-burning stove. There are two sleeping quarters in the house each with 3–4 bedrooms and a bathroom, so the house is perfect for several families holidaying together.

      The terrace has good-quality garden furniture where you can enjoy the day and the beautiful surroundings while the kids play in the sandbox and swings.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
