      This spacious holiday home is located just 350 metres from the beach and offers holiday fun for all the family. Up to eighteen people can enjoy a well-earned break in this house which boasts a wealth of activities, local attractions and an excellent bedroom layout that is well suited for multiple families. You could hardly wish for a better place to spend your holidays!

      The extra spacious pool area abounds with bathing and swimming experiences that can be enjoyed at any time of year. The pool measures 17 m2 and is equipped with Roman steps. You can also experience wellness outdoors, where you will find an exquisite outdoor hot tub and an outdoor sauna – perfect for taking a more relaxed and tranquil approach to your time in the water.

      The fantastic activity room is ready and waiting for many hours of fun when the whole family descends upon it to partake in various different games. Billiards, table tennis, table football and darts are all on offer – plus there is ample space for spectators as well. In addition, there is also a cosy TV corner with a PlayStation 4, where you can settle down and enjoy a good film.

      At the heart of the holiday home lies a well-appointed kitchen, where you can prepare family dinners together. And when it comes time to serve, you can sit down at the table in front of the kitchen – a natural gathering spot for the whole gang. On chillier days, you can fire up the wood-burning stove while you cosy up in the sofa area with a good book or a movie.

      Or if the weather is on your side, you can head out to the partially covered terrace and get cosy or enjoy some outdoor activities. The terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as an in-ground trampoline in the garden, which is sure to delight the kids.
      The home has two distinct sleeping quarters and each area has its own bathroom. The house has seven bedrooms in total. Plus there are two lofts which together sleep up to four people.

      All vacation homes on Rømø also have access to a large common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Plus you will also find tables and benches where parents and spectators can follow all the goings-on and enjoy each other's company.

      The holiday home is just 350 metres from the water on the eastern side of Rømø. If you want to swim and enjoy the beach, you will find great options for this on the west coast. The property is located just 4 km from Lakolk Strand. .

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
