    This beautiful pool house on the holiday island of Öland in Sweden is a great place for a holiday no matter the time of year.

    The house has a beautiful pool area with a 22 m2 pool, a whirlpool for 4–6 people and a sauna. The large living room with wood-burning stove is located next to the pool area.

    The living room offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves together in front of the television and DVD player. From the living room there is access to a nice, large and partially covered terrace with plenty of space for both play and relaxation.

    The house features three bedrooms plus a loft with four single beds. The kitchen is furnished with a modern oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

    Moreover, there is free internet throughout the entire house.

    The summer house enjoys an excellent location in a pleasant area close to the attractive beach at Köpingsvik.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
