      Welcome to this cosy holiday home located in a scenic area by Hostrup Strand by Denmark’s Limfjord region. The house is located close to a child-friendly beach and offers ample opportunity to enjoy the gorgeous natural beauty of the area. You will be close to several of the region’s attractions such as Jesperhus Flower Park and Spøttrup Castle.

      The modern summer house is bright and welcoming, and well set up for holidays between families and friends. The house has four bedrooms which each sleep two people. The remaining guests can sleep across the two lofts. The lofts here are even connected by a spectacular play net when kids can crawl across from loft to loft or even just use as a chill-out spot.

      The summer house is brimming with activities both indoors and out. In the activity room you can go head to head in billiards, pool, table tennis and table football. The games can then continue outdoors where you will find a beach volleyball court and football nets.

      When it comes time to relax, you can use the indoor whirlpool or you can unwind under the stairs in the outdoor hot tub.

      At the heart of the summer house is a kitchen and living space with a large dining table that has plenty of room for the whole crowd to gather around. It is also in the living space that you will find the sofas and TV.

      Outside you can enjoy many hours on the summer house’s terrace. Part of the terrace is covered, so you can use the barbecue all year round and seek out some shade on warmer summer days. Children can play in the garden where they can jump on the trampoline, swing or romp around in the sandbox. The whole flock can also gather around the fire at the garden’s fire pit. If you’re feeling adventurous you can even spend the night outside in the garden’s shelter.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.
