      Relaxation, together time and heaps of fun – that is just what you’ll find in this spacious summer house for up to 26 people The holiday home is located in Hostrup in Denmark’s Limfjord region and just a short drive away from the market town of Skive where you will find both shops and restaurants.

      At the spacious holiday house itself you will find everything you need for a big family holiday including activities and facilities both indoors and outdoors to keep you occupied and entertained.

      If a dip in the pool sounds like just the ticket then you will be glad to know the house has its very own swimming pool area. Here you will find the summer house’s cosy heated pool with water slide, counter-current system and Roman steps – so be extra sure to pack your swimwear before you head off on this trip! After the swim you can then make use of the exquisite whirlpool or the inviting sauna – perhaps a bigger hit with the older guests in your pack?

      The fun may then continue in the exciting activity room of the summer home. Here you can go head to head at billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. And while the players go all out and indulge their completive sides, spectators can enjoy a nice drink at the room’s bar. If you want to watch a movie, you can do so at the cosy sofa area which is equipped with a PlayStation 4.

      The house has 10 bedrooms in total spread across three sleeping quarters each with their own bathroom. The remaining six guests can sleep in the loft in the activity room which is usually a popular spot with younger guests.

      At the heart of the summer house – the combined kitchen and living room –you will find ample space for big holiday dinners. If you’re the lucky chef who gets to cook for all 26 guests, you will be free to work your magic in a very well-appointed kitchen which has two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks, two fridges and extra hob space.

      When the hard work is over and its time to serve, you will find ample room for all 26 of you to gather around the long dining table. The spacious and social kitchen is directly connected to the bright living space which has a wood-burning stove to keep you toasty on cold days.

      Naturally the terrace is partially covered which means you can use it even if the weather turns rainy during your stay. Over on the terrace you will find a barbecue for outdoor cooking while the kids jump on the in-ground trampoline in the garden.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
