This exquisite, luxury holiday home is located in Hostrup and surrounded by natural beauty close to the Lim Fjord. The holiday home can accommodate up to as many as 32 people and is just a stone's throw away from the beach. It is a massive 310 m² in size and includes a gorgeous garden with a nature path and lots of space for outdoor activities.

The property has 10 bedrooms in total divided across two separate sleeping areas, guaranteeing privacy and space for all. Each room has two comfortable single beds which can be combined into doubles. Four of the rooms are extra spacious and come with fold-out bunk beds. You can use them as family rooms or simply as ordinary doubles. The house also has two lofts which sleep eight in total and are particularly great for younger guests. There are four bathrooms in total – one of which has access to the pool area, and another has extra space for a changing table.

The large XL kitchen is perfect for group dining. It has two dishwashers, two ovens, large hobs, double sinks and an American fridge with an ice machine and cold-water dispenser. Waiting for you outside is an amazing outdoor kitchen with a gas and charcoal barbecue as well as a gas-powered pizza oven – simply ideal for those long and cosy summer evenings.

Also outside is a gorgeous wellness area with a 30m² heated salt-water pool which feels both pleasant and gentle thanks to its automatic chlorine generation. The swimming pool features Roman steps, a counter-current system and a practical cover that you can remove as needed. You can also relax in the outdoor whirlpool, enjoy the sauna or reinvigorate yourself in the cold-water tub – great in both summer and winter.

The holiday home features an activity room with a bar area, sofa corner and several games such as billiards, table tennis and table football. One of the lofts has a PlayStation 5 and bean bag chairs while the other is perfect for board games and chilling out. In the lounge area, you can play the digital piano or the guitar, or simply enjoy a singalong together. For more active guests, there are exercise mats and resistance bands which you can use to work out indoors. The activity room is directly connected to the swimming pool area, seamlessly blending outdoor and indoor facilities.

The garden is a true paradise for both kids and adults alike, with a sand box, swing set, climbing frame, trampoline, panna court and basketball hoops. The west-facing terrace and barbecue area is ideal for relaxing and dining at sunset. The garden also has a herb garden and some shrubs where you can feel free to pick your own berries for use in your dishes. This house is a particularly sustainable choice as it is fitted with solar cells and uses green energy produced by wind turbine.

The area around Hostrup boasts scenic nature and a lovely beach with a jetty where you can rent kayaks or try your hand at activities such as kitesurfing, windsurfing or fishing. Nearby, you can also visit attractions such as Spøttrup Castle, the Hjerl Hede Open Air Museum, the Daugbjerg Kalkgruber limestone mine, the Jesperhus Feriepark holiday centre and Thy National Park. Grocery stores can be found just 3 km away in Lem.
