      This Skanlux summer house is located close to the fantastic beach at Blåvand and the area’s many exciting attractions, and makes the perfect setting for a fun-filled holiday no matter the season.

      The house has three bathrooms, the biggest of which has a large whirlpool and sauna for true relaxation and well-being on your holiday.

      The house is built around two distinct sleeping quarters each with their own bathroom, making it very suitable for families who want to spend their holiday together.

      The large activity room has billiards, table tennis, darts, table football, a Nintendo Wii and a PlayStation 3, as well as a cosy bar with its own fridge where you can serve up drinks.

      The large living space with dining area and sofa area is the natural heart of the house and comes equipped with a projector and screen for film nights and other presentations.

      The kitchen is extremely well appointed, with ample space for multiple sous chefs and sideline cooks when it comes time to prepare the dinner.

      Enjoy the Danish summer on the partially covered terrace while the kids swing, play in the sandbox or jump on the trampoline.

      There is an electric car charging station at the house: 22kw, type 2.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.
