      The house has its very own water park with 18 m2 swimming pool with water slide, counter-current system and a volleyball net. Perfect for water lovers to splash and swim for hours on end. Or if relaxation is more what you see on the agenda, then enjoy the house’s sauna and large whirlpool for a spot of pure well-being.

      There are plenty of things to keep you busy in the house, too. Compete for glory or freedom from the dishes at billiards/table tennis, table football, darts or on the Nintendo Wii or PlayStation 4. Cold drinks can be served to the contestants from the cosy bar which has its own fridge.

      The sofa area in the central open-plan living space makes for a great place to chill out and enjoy a game of cards or a good book while the wood-burning stove creates a snug atmosphere on cold days.

      The well-appointed kitchen has two ovens, two cookers, two dishwashers and two fridge/freezers so cooking dinner will be a piece of cake.

      All common areas are equipped with a Sonos sound system which is controlled via an integrated iPad and naturally there is also free wireless internet available in the house.

      Sleeping accommodation is spread across nine bedrooms (seven of which have a 40” TV), seven with a double bed or two singles, a family room with double bed and bunk bed, one room with bunk bed and an alcove in the activity room.

      Each of the two main sleeping areas has a bathroom. Both the family bedroom and the alcove have a TV.

      The house’s covered outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue makes for a great place to prepare dinners while the terrace with good-quality garden furniture simply invites you to lean back and enjoy the Danish summer.

      The house is surrounded by a natural plot which is approximately 3000 m2 in size. If a brisk walk is on the agenda, both the North Sea and Blåvand with its many cosy restaurants and shops are both within reach.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
