      Idyllic Blåvand is the ultimate holiday spot on the Danish west coast and home to this spacious summer house for up to 18 people. Besides the great vacation ambience, the house also boasts its very own pool area, an exciting activity room and ample space for many people to enjoy their holidays together. There is ample opportunity to have fun and to relax with friends or the whole extended family in this holiday home.

      At the heart of the property is a large kitchen and living space which is more than big enough to accommodate all guests in the house. You will find plenty of space for cooks of all ages in the well-appointed XL kitchen which boasts extra facilities. When the cooking is done, the whole gang can enjoy the fruits of your labour around the long dining table in the middle of the room. If your help is not directly needed in the kitchen, you can instead enjoy a good book or watch a movie over at the sofa area which makes a cosy spot for relaxing evenings.

      As tempting as a cosy evening on the sofa might sound, you could also spend hours upon hours enjoying yourself in the house’s pool room. In here you will find the refreshing pool with water slide where you can enjoy the feel of the water no matter the weather or the time of year. No doubt a hit with the younger guests in your party! If relaxation and wellness are more your style, you won’t be disappointed as the room also has both a sauna and a whirlpool.

      The perfect place to unwind completely and get some heat back in your bones. If the sun has got his hat on, you will find direct access out to the exquisite terrace from the open-plan kitchen and living space. Out here you will find a gas barbecue and a dining area so you can cook and enjoy meals in the fresh air.

      As you cook, the kids can play in the play tower or take turns on the in-ground trampoline. In addition to the cooking and dining facilities, the terrace also offers yet more opportunity for some wellness. At one end of the terrace you will find an outdoor hot tub. When the sun is out and the air is hot, you can enjoy a cool refreshment in the comfortable lounge area which is located behind a windbreaker together with the outdoor hot tub.

      On the subject of fun activities and cosy spots, we must not forget to mention the house’s indoor activity room. Here you can enjoy a round of table tennis, table football, darts or billiards and go head to head with all the family. There is also a home bar in this room where spectators can take their place and players can quench their thirst.

      When fatigue sets in after a busy and fun-filled day, you can enjoy some quality beautiful sleep in one of the seven double bedrooms in the house. The bedrooms are divided into two sleeping quarters and there is an associated bathroom at each end of the house. The remaining guests can sleep up in the loft which sleeps four.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
