Big house for up to 30 people with pool and outdoor multi-purpose court

If you’re after a holiday home with space for the whole family then this place may be just the ticket! It can accommodate up to a whole 30 people and has plenty of facilities to keep you all active and entertained. The house is located in beautiful Houstrup Strand on the shores of the North Sea. The area is known for its natural beauty and in particular its lovely beach which is even well worth visiting in the autumn and winter for some fresh air and the wind in your hair. Inside the house you will find various wellness facilities which you can enjoy after a brisk and invigorating walk.

The wellness area has both a bubbling whirlpool for 6–8 people and an inviting sauna to warm you right through on cold days. Plus you can also go for a swim in the 23 m2 indoor swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system.

Houstrup Strand is located between Nymindegab and Henne Strand and so close to West Jutland's many attractions such as Legoland, the Blåbjerg Stone, Givskud Zoo and Ribe Cathedral.

The house has a combined kitchen and living space where you will find an extra large kitchen with two sinks, two ovens, two cookers, two dishwashers and plenty of fridge and freezer space. From the long dining table you can follow all the goings-on in the pool.

At one of the house there is a large and bright activity room with a range of games including billiards, table tennis, darts and table football. There is also a home bar in the corner and a cosy sofa nook with a television and PlayStation 4.

The house is well suited for several families who want to holiday under the same roof but with the option to break off into their own family units. This is because the twelve bedrooms are spread across four distinct areas of the house each with three double bedrooms and one bathroom. The total number of bathrooms is five. The remaining six spots are located in the loft above the activity room and are best suited for kids and teens.

Out on the partially covered terrace you can barbecue and chill out together. The house has a large outdoor play area and a multi-purpose court which is shared with the house next door. Out here you will find something for kids and big kids of all ages. From swings and a play tower with slides to a climbing frame and of course the large multi-purpose court. The multi-purpose court has an astroturf pitch where you can play football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Over in the play area you will find benches where players and spectators can enjoy a drink. Plus the summer house also has an in-ground trampoline in the garden.
