A holiday home vacation in Denmark can be a fantastic experience no matter the time of year! Summer holidays, winter holidays, a weekend getaway – the sky’s the limit when you rent a summer house as packed with fun and activities as this one.

There is enough to do in this house to keep kids and kids at heart playing and entertained in each other's company all day long. The house has a separate activity room where you can play billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. There is also a sofa area with a PlayStation 4 and a home bar with fridge where you can relax with a cold drink between rounds.

The property is not far from popular Houstrup Strand on the shores of the magnificent North Sea. But you won’t need to rely on the weather to enjoy the water as this holiday home is equipped with its very own swimming and wellness room. It has a 20 m2 swimming pool with both a water slide and counter-current system. The pool also has Roman steps which makes it easy to get in and out. In addition there is also a bubbling whirlpool where you can enjoy a refreshing soak and a warming sauna.

The property is built around a lovely open-plan kitchen and living space with high ceilings and good acoustics. Here you will find a big XL kitchen equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks and plenty of fridge space. A natural place for all the family to gather together for a delicious meal or to relax in the sofa area by the cosy wood-burning stove. Holidays are synonymous with serenity and relaxation – and so a good night’s sleep is absolutely crucial.

Enjoy some quality sleep in one of the eight double bedrooms or up in the loft which has four mattresses (best for kids and teens). The total number of bathrooms is four.

The terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue and is a good place to enjoy the Danish sun. Outdoors there is ample space for the kids to run around and enjoy playing on the trampoline, sandbox and swings.

Houstrup Strand is a lovely holiday home area in West Jutland close to the North Sea. The area abounds with great outdoor experiences such as the Blåbjerg Plantation nature area and a lovely Blue Flag beach. West Jutland offers plenty to do for young and old alike – within driving distance of the summer house you will find many great eateries, ice-cream huts and idyllic resort villages like Hvide Sande and Nymindegab.
