      The summer house has great facilities to make sure you get the best holiday experience possible with lots of fun and relaxation. There is room for 18 people and something for everyone. Check out a video presentation of the holiday home here. The property is not far from the West Coast in the Houstrup Strand area – a true pearl on the shores of the North Sea. Natural beauty abounds and there are plenty of great walking and cycling trails to help you keep active. Nearby day-trip destinations include Givskud Zoo, Legoland and WOW-Park.

      The house has its own action-packed activity room offering a wealth of activities for kids and big kids at heart to enjoy. You will find table tennis, billiards, table football, a PS4 and darts. Alternatively you can relax at the home bar or watch a movie on the TV.

      No matter the weather you are guaranteed a dip in this house! The property has its very own 18 m2 indoor and heated swimming pool where you can soak and splash to your heart’s content. In the bubbling whirlpool you can enjoy a moment of tranquillity or venture instead into the heat of the sauna.

      In other words, there is plenty for both bon vivants and natural-born swimmers alike. You can see into the pool area from the kitchen/living space at the heart of the summer house. This area is nicely furnished with both a wood-burning stove and a cosy sofa corner in front of the TV.

      The kitchen is open-plan and its kitchen island design means that you won’t have to feel left out or disconnected when preparing the dinner. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two ovens and a large cooker.

      In total the house has seven nice bedrooms located at both ends of the house. Plus there is space for four people to sleep up in the loft which will no doubt delight the kids. In total, the cottage has three bathrooms.

      It's great to enjoy the Danish sun outdoors, and on the terrace of the holiday home you can have fun and barbecue on warm evenings. Or sink into the warm outdoor hot tub and feel the stress of the day disappear as you enjoy the fresh air and warm water under the open sky.
      In the garden, there are plenty of opportunities to romp around, play in the sandpit, jump on the trampoline or swing. You can also compete on the petanque court or have a quick game of football on the ball field.

      The house has a charging facilities for electric cars: 11kw, type 2 plus 16 Amp CCE socket / standard approved socket for 230 V. Remember to bring your own cables.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
