      This summer house for 18 people is just perfect for big families or multiple families who want to holiday under the same roof. It is located in a scenic area called Houstrup Strand which is known for having one of the most child-friendly beaches on the West Coast. The location is close to many of the fun attractions of offer around West Jutland and the local area is just brimming with the quintessential atmosphere of a Danish summer holiday spot.

      The house has its very own mini water park with an 18 m2 pool which has a water slide and counter-current system. You can also relax in the heat of the sauna or enjoy the whirlpool’s delightful bubbles. The pool is heated and ready for use from the moment you arrive.

      You can also challenge each other to a game of darts, billiards or table tennis. Also in the activity room is a table football table and a PlayStation 4. Plus a cosy corner bar where spectators can enjoy a cold drink.

      The kitchen/living space is comfortable decorated with a sofa area around the TV and a long dining table with enough space for everyone. The house has a wood-burning stove to keep you nice and toasty on chillier days. The kitchen is stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need to whip up a storm.

      The property has a total of seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. Plus there is also enough room for four people to sleep in the loft above the activity room (best suited for kids and teens)

      If the sun has got its hat on you can enjoy the Danish summer out on the terrace where you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. The terrace is enclosed and partially covered so you can always find some shade or shelter if needed. The garden also has 2 football goals, a swing and trampoline for the youngest guests to enjoy. The garden is fenced. There is also another whirlpool outdoors so you can enjoy those delightful bubbles under an open sky if you like.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
