      A nice and spacious summer house with excellent facilities and ample opportunity for the whole family to have a nice time together – that is what you will find here! The holiday home is located in an established holiday area by Houstrup Strand and not far from the charming resort town of Blåvand. From the holiday house, there is a nice walking route that takes you down to the North Sea where you can swim in good weather.

      But if the good weather fails to materialise that won’t stop you from enjoying a swim as the house has its own indoor pool area with many facilities. Wind and grey skies won’t stop you from enjoying the water here! The indoor pool area consists of a 20 m2 indoor swimming pool with Roman steps and a water slide, a relaxing whirlpool and a warm and inviting sauna. A sure hit with both kids and adults alike!

      The fun can then continue into the summer house’s ultimate activity room which is brimming with fun and games. Here you can play a game of table tennis, table football, billiards or darts. The activity room also has a home bar with fridge where you can serve up some cold drinks between games. After a few heated rounds, you can then unwind and relax at the sofa area where you can watch a film or play a game on the PS4.

      The house has a stylishly decorated kitchen/living space with high ceilings and ample space for everyone to gather around the long dining table. When it comes time to start cooking dinner, you will find ample space for many home cooks to collaborate plus double hobs, two sinks, two dishwashers, two ovens and two fridges. And if your expertise isn’t needed in the kitchen, you can rest up on the sofa by the wood-burning stove.

      The fun and excitement can continue outdoors as well. Younger guests can enjoy the in-ground trampoline, play tower with swing and the sandbox. Meanwhile the terrace has both a barbecue and garden furniture so you can prepare and serve dinner outdoors.

      Summer house 535 can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests across eight double bedrooms and a loft which sleeps four and is primarily intended for younger guests.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
