      This beautiful 16-person luxury holiday house is located in Houstrup Strand and perfect for holidays together with all the family. Besides its location by the roaring North Sea and the resort town of Blåvand, the house can also boast a wealth of activities both indoors and out.

      Its very own pool area guarantees fun in the water, no matter the weather or time of year. The pool is 17 m2 in size and is equipped with both Roman steps and a water slide. That wellness feeling can also be enjoyed outdoors where you will find an exquisite outdoor hot tub and an outdoor sauna – perfect for taking a more relaxed and tranquil approach to your time in the water.

      The fantastic activity room is ready and waiting for many hours of fun when the whole family descends upon it for some friendly competition. Billiards, table tennis, table football and darts are all on offer. Or if you prefer the role of spectator, you can take up a perch at the cosy home bar and pour yourself a cold refreshment. In addition, there is also a cosy TV corner where you can settle down and enjoy a good film.

      At the centre of the home, you will find a well-appointed kitchen and living area with ample space to cook dinners for the whole gang. The whole family can enjoy dinners around the long dining table in front of the kitchen, from which you will have a direct view into the pool room. On chillier days, you can fire up the wood-burning stove and make yourselves cosy in the sofa area with a board game or a good book.

      Plenty more fun and relaxation can be enjoyed outside on the partially covered terrace, which has garden furniture, a barbecue, and not to mention an outdoor hot tub and sauna. While food is being prepared on the barbecue, the children can play in the garden where they will find an in-ground trampoline and play tower with swing.

      The property has two distinct sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. The house has six bedrooms in total. In addition, there is also a loft, which sleeps four and this is usually popular among kids and teens.

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
