      This VillaVilla house is located in the beautiful Houstrup. With room for a total of 26 people, this house is perfect for your next holiday. Gather the whole family or a large group of friends and head to Houstrup, because this house is packed with activities that everyone will love.

      As soon as you enter the property, you step right into the heart of the house, the impressive kitchen-diner. This space features a large XL kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals, and a sofa area where guests can relax after hours of fun activities. The room also features a long dining table with space for all guests. The dining table gives you a direct view of the house's very own swimming area.

      The pool area has a heated pool, ready for hours of fun. This is a haven for keen swimmers and great for some fun swimming competitions or sliding down the water slide - a particular favourite with younger guests.

      If you love the water, but swimming competitions aren’t quite your thing, this house has something for you too. The modern detached villa has an outdoor wellness area comprising an outdoor spa and outdoor sauna. Come here to enjoy some peace and quiet as the warm water fizzes around you.

      Danish weather permitting, the house's terrace is equipped with comfy garden furniture for you to enjoy the sun. The terrace also has a barbecue where you can cook your meals.

      After a few hours of zen on the terrace, it's time for the gaming competitions to start. The house's activity room provides the perfect setting and here you can compete in pool, table tennis, darts, table football and various console games (Playstation 5) - just remember to bring your own console games.
      After a few games or seven, enjoy a well-deserved break with a favourite drink in the house's very own bar, also located in the activities room.

      So much fun can take its toll, so when tiredness hits, you have 10 bedrooms to choose from. These are split into 3 sleeping compartments, each with its own toilet. There is a single family room in the house consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed. The remaining 4 spaces in the house are located in the 2 loft sleeping areas, which are particularly popular with children and young people.

      And should you need one, the house also has a charging point for electric cars.

      Outside, the house also has an outdoor trampoline, swings and a sandpit to keep the youngest guests entertained for hours at a time.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
