The holiday home was built by Skanlux and is designed to accommodate up to 14 people, so there’s plenty of space for both several families and groups of friends who’d like to holiday together close to the North Sea. With the beach just 400 metres away, it’s easy to start the day with a walk through the dunes or end it with a sunset over the sea.

Inside, the focal point is the open-plan living area, where the kitchen, dining area and lounge flow naturally into one another. Everyone can join in here, whether you’re cooking, setting the table for a family dinner or relaxing on the sofa after a day in the fresh sea air. The wood-burning stove adds to the cosy atmosphere, especially on chilly evenings, when you can gather round for games, a chat and some relaxation.

The pool area is an ideal place for people of all ages to get together. Here, both children and adults can enjoy the water, play and spend some active time together, even if the weather outside is at its windiest, typical of the west coast. When you fancy a bit more competition, your holiday’s mini-tournaments can continue with snooker, table tennis and darts – perfect activities for both afternoons and long evenings.

The holiday home has five bedrooms: two with double beds and three with two single beds. In addition, there are two lofts, each with two mattresses, which are particularly well suited to children. With two bathrooms, the layout is practical for larger groups, so morning routines can run more smoothly when everyone is getting ready to set off on the day’s adventures.

Outdoor living has also been well thought out. On the terrace, you can light the charcoal barbecue and enjoy meals under the open sky, whilst the outdoor spa and sauna provide a lovely wellness area where you can really slow down. The outdoor shower is ideal after a trip to the beach or a spell in the sun, and for the children there are plenty of opportunities to play, with both a swing and a trampoline. There is also a charging point for electric cars at the holiday home.
