Not far from the lively atmosphere of Søndervig and close to the beach lies this exquisite summer house with space for up to a whole 28 people. In addition to the perfect outdoor setting in a great location and a multi-purpose court in your back yard, the house also boasts stylish decor and excellent facilities with no detail spared. With location, atmosphere and facilities all top-notch and taken care of, this house really does provide the best setting for a big family holiday or an extended weekend with the whole friend group.
No matter the weather you will be able to enjoy a swim as this holiday home has its very own 22 m2 pool. Or if a relaxing moment in the whirlpool sounds more appealing then not to worry as you can do that here too. You can also enjoy that feeling of wellness outdoors in the outdoor sauna with access from the pool room.
But the outdoor activities do not end there. Guests also have access to a larger multi-purpose facility with both an astroturf pitch and play areas. Many hours of football showdowns await – and not just between kids but between adults as well.
The fun can then continue inside in the activity room where you can quench your thirst for competition with a round of table tennis, table football, darts or billiards. And when you’re all worn out from so much excitement you can catch a breath at the sofa area – or enjoy a cold refreshment at the bar while you watch the games go on.
The activity room also has access to the house’s ultimate chill-out spot – the little atrium courtyard. Here you will find a fantastic lounge area with floor lighting where you can spend evenings sheltered from the wind. If the sun is still shining, you can step out from the activity room and take a break on this little terrace.
The natural centre of this house is the large kitchen and living space which has ample room for all 28 guests. Whip up some delicious dinners in the well-appointed XL kitchen which has extra fridge space, extra hobs and two dishwashers. Afterwards you can enjoy the fruits of your labour around the long dining table in the centre of the room which has ample space for everyone. This large common room has yet another large sofa are and a TV in its very own little cosy corner – the perfect spot to enjoy relaxing evenings.
If the weather is right, you can access the large wooden deck terrace right from the combined kitchen and living space. Step directly out onto the large terrace where you will find ample dining space and the option to prepare meals on the gas barbecue.
When fatigue sets in, you can enjoy a good night’s sleep in one of the ten bedrooms or up in the loft which can sleep seven of the total 28 guests. The bedrooms are divided across four distinct sleeping quarters and there is a bathroom at each end of the house.
