The property is located in the quiet area of Lodbjerg Hede, surrounded by gorgeous nature. Quite simply the perfect place to round up the family and create some cherished memories in tranquil surroundings.

With both the West Coast and charming Søndervig within reach, you will have plenty of options for getting out and about – from long walks among the dunes to gentle strolls along the broad, white beach. And the cherry on top is the house is just two kilometres from Lalandia Søndervig, where you will find a large water park and activity centre.

The holiday home has 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, one of which is a family room with a double bed and a single bed, and the other has 2 three-quarter bunk beds, suitable for both children and adults. In addition, you'll find 2 more beds in the loft, ideal for children.

The whole house simply radiates that hygge feeling and there are activities for all ages. The hobby room has table tennis and darts and even some comfy chairs for hanging out and keeping it chill. The indoor swimming pool is an oasis of wellbeing and fun all through the year. You can swim or play games in the water no matter the weather outside, or relax in the whirlpool before warming up in the sauna. This is the ideal place to relax and have fun for both kids and adults alike.

The kitchen is functional and handily boasts a whole two fridges, ovens, hobs and dishwashers. It opens out into the living room which means that kids and adults can keep each other company while dinner is being prepared. On crisp autumn days, you can spend cosy afternoons around the wood-burning stove over in the sofa area.

There are three wooden terraces on different sides of the house, so you can catch some sun no matter the time of day. The terraces are all linked so you can go around the whole house without having to worry about damp feet. The largest terrace is south-facing and has a covered section, a gorgeous pergola and an exquisite wilderness bath that can be enjoyed all year round – all you need to do is remember the firewood! The large gas barbecue is ready and waiting for those gorgeous summer evenings which are just perfect for cooking outdoors. The private plot is also great for outdoor activities from ballgames to sunbathing or playing on the swings – you’ll want to get out and make the most of the peaceful atmosphere.
