      This impressive holiday home with swimming pool in West Jutland is ideal for large groups and families with room for up to 22 people. The house simply exudes quality and has plenty to offer in terms of modern facilities and luxury. The large open-plan layout is designed to accommodate the entire group with its spacious XL kitchen and long dining table where everyone can gather to enjoy cosy moments and shared meals.

      One wing of the house is home to a fantastic pool area with counter-current system, whirlpool and sauna where you can enjoy a spot of wellness after a long day in the fresh air. The first floor has a separate TV lounge where you can also enjoy pleasant views of the scenic landscape or challenge each other to a game of billiards, table tennis or table football. The house offers ample opportunity to relax and enjoy many hours of fun together.

      Outside, there is a gorgeous terrace and a dining area which is sheltered between the two wings of the house – perfect for enjoying those long summer evenings in peace and quiet. The large plot surrounding the property can be used for free play or activities such as beach volleyball, pétanque or football, and it is great for both children and adults of all ages.

      The area around Tim boasts a wealth of activities and scenic destinations for a day trip. Drive out and explore some of the wide, sandy beaches you will find along the shores of the North Sea, where you can jump in the waves or simply take a stroll. The area is also great for water sports and the proximity of both fjords and coastline mean you can enjoy all sorts of activities from windsurfing and kayaking to paddleboarding and more.

      If peace and quiet is what you are after, you will find plenty of options to go hiking through the striking nature of this part of Denmark. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased by the proximity to golf courses in the area where they can swing their clubs in gorgeous surroundings.       Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
