Large holiday home in Fjand with a swimming pool, sauna, fenced garden and beach volleyball court

Set on a large, natural plot in Fjand, this spacious holiday home sleeps 14 people, offering a holiday filled with water fun, garden games, relaxation and cosy moments by the wood-burning stove. Here you’ll find a spacious holiday home with plenty of room for several families or a group of friends who’d like to holiday together close to both the North Sea and the beautiful countryside around Nissum Fjord.

• Swimming pool with counter-current system
• Fenced garden and fenced terrace
• Beach volleyball court on the large natural plot

The holiday home’s pool area quickly becomes a popular gathering spot for both children and adults. The pool has a counter-current system, so there’s scope for play, exercise and a refreshing swim, whatever the weather is like outside. After a dip in the water, you can continue to relax in the hot tub or let the heat wash over you in the sauna. This gives your holiday a lovely wellness feel and makes the house ideal all year round.

Inside, there’s plenty of space for spending time together. The living area combines the kitchen, dining area and lounge, so everyone can join in, whether you’re cooking, playing cards or relaxing after a day at the beach. The wood-burning stove adds extra cosiness on chilly evenings, and the house’s pool table provides the perfect setting for mini-tournaments and fun breaks throughout the day.

The 14 beds are spread across 6 bedrooms. Four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, one bedroom has two bunk beds, and one bedroom has two single beds. The layout makes it easy to accommodate everyone, whether you’re travelling with several families, with grandparents or with a group of close friends. In addition, the holiday home has 3 bathrooms, which is a great advantage when lots of people need to get ready at the same time in the morning.

Outdoor living is an important part of the experience here. The fenced-in garden and terrace make it easy to spend time outdoors in peaceful surroundings, and on the terrace you can gather round meals from the gas barbecue or enjoy a coffee in the sun. For the little ones, there are swings, a sandpit and a play frame, whilst the beach volleyball court is perfect for group activities and plenty of laughter across the generations. There’s also a charging point for electric cars at the holiday home.

Fjand is a lovely area for those of you seeking nature, tranquillity and great experiences close by. The North Sea is just a short distance away, and the area around Nissum Fjord offers beautiful landscapes, birdlife, walks and cycle routes. You can also go on day trips to charming coastal towns, visit local eateries or stock up on supplies for long evenings at the holiday home. Here, the stage is set for a holiday filled with quality time together, activities and relaxation.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

What time can we arrive at the house?

The house will be at your disposal from 15:00 on your day of arrival. It is not normally possible to access the house earlier than that.

What time do we need to vacate the house by?

The house is at your disposal until 10:00 on your day of departure (or 11:00 if you are departing on a Sunday). A later departure than that is not usually possible.

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.
