      Located not far from Jægerspris Bay, Roskilde Fjord and surrounded by beautiful nature, this summer house has space for up to 16 people. The holiday home is located in Jægerspris – a town that is well located for enjoying the charm and beauty of North Zealand and yet only a 45-minute drive away from the urban pulse of Copenhagen.

      Family fun is in firm focus around here with plenty of activities on offer for you to enjoy. The town of Frederikssund is just a short distance from Jægerspris and has a golf course, a charming harbour area and nice places to walk. You can also enjoy day trips in scenic nature and big forests.

      Indoors you will find a wide range of activities on offer so you can enjoy yourselves in style. In other words you’ll be hard pushed to find a better setting for your holiday! The summer house is ideal for the whole family or several groups of friends wanting a holiday or weekend break under the same roof. That is because there is ample space to spread out and plenty of rooms where you can enjoy each other's company and have fun together.

      For example, in the large activity room you can compete and play fun games together for as long as you like. Billiards, table tennis, table football and darts are all on offer. You can also have a go on the PlayStation 4 or simply relax at the home bar.

      Fun and wellness are guaranteed in the house’s very own pool area. Here you will find both a whirlpool and a large indoor swimming pool with Roman steps, a water slide and a counter-current system. The pool is ready for you to hop right in as soon as you arrive so make sure to pack your floaties at the top of your case! The water can be enjoyed by everyone, including adults, and outdoors you will find both a whirlpool and a sauna. Here you can enjoy evenings in the fresh air as you recharge your batteries in true wellness style.

      When holidaying together it is important to have plenty of space where you can all gather and enjoy a shared meal. And that is exactly what you will find at the heart of this home! The large and bright kitchen/living space has both a long dining table and a comfy sofa area in front of the TV. The room also has a wood-burning stove which can keep you nice and toasty on chilly days. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking meals for many people.

      The home has six bedrooms which are all either double or twin bedrooms. The six bedrooms are divided across two distinct wings with one bedroom in each area. Plus there is an additional bathroom in the pool area. The remaining four guests can sleep up in the loft which is particularly well suited for younger guests who can have sleepovers night after night.

      Outdoors you will find a swing, sandbox and trampoline for the youngest guests in your party to enjoy. Out on the partially covered terrace you can enjoy barbecues or sunbathe on warm days.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
