This large holiday home is perfect for family and friends who value having plenty to do for both young and old alike. The house’s outdoor multi-purpose court can be used for football, basketball, volleyball and handball for hours of outdoor fun. The large grounds offer plenty of activities for younger guests who can play in the sandbox, swing on the swings or jump on the trampoline.

Plenty more activities await indoors, too. The house has its very own mini water park where you can swim in the 20 m2 swimming pool with water slide, counter-current system and Roman steps. Plus there are also indoor wellness facilities where you can experience a bubbling whirlpool or relaxing steam room. Bring in some essential oils, some nice and fluffy towels, light a candle and put on some relaxing music over the stereo system.

If you’re game for a spot of competition indoors, then head to the activity room which has billiards, table tennis, darts and table football, as well as a cosy home bar where you can serve up some cold drinks and recoup your energy between bouts.

Over at the cosy sofa area you can enjoy the heat of the house’s walled fireplace while you watch a film or play a game on the PlayStation 4, or simply make yourself snug with a glass of wine and a good book. The central living space has a long dining table where everyone can gather together around a shared meal, plus a large and well-appointed kitchen which has everything you need to prepare meals for the whole gang. In addition you will also find a second sofa area with a TV and several exits onto the lovely south-facing terrace.

The large terrace has good-quality garden furniture where you can enjoy the sun and the summer weather to the max. Fire up the outdoor fireplace and relax in lounge furniture under the covered terrace. Plus you can prepare your meals outdoors all year round as the terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with sink and gas barbecue.

The property has nine bedrooms spread across three sleeping areas each with three bedrooms and one bathroom. One of these sleeping areas has a family room which sleeps four people across a double bed and a flexible bunk bed which can be folded up into a wardrobe. There is also plenty of space for a travel cot for small children if the bunks are not being used. The house also has a cosy loft with four box spring mattresses (best suited for children).
