      Located by the wild and roaring North Sea, nestled in a charming dune landscape and not far from the cosy holiday atmosphere of Søndervig is where you will find this holiday home for up to 16 people. Large, bright rooms, exquisite furnishings and an abundance of great details await in this summer house – not to mention a wealth of activities. The perfect spot for a family holiday or a group of friends wanting to spend some quality time together.

      The heart of this luxury holiday house is its large combined kitchen and living space, which boasts a spacious and bright open-plan design. You will find ample space for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and room for everyone to enjoy a shared meal around the long dining table. Also in this room is a cosy sofa area, where you can really unwind and kick back with a good film, a game or something else altogether.

      If the weather is nice, there is direct access to the exquisite wooden terrace from the kitchen and living space. Out here you can prepare food on the barbecue and enjoy some al-fresco dining as you look out over the dunes.

      Besides the barbecue, the garden furniture and the view, you will also find an outdoor sauna and outdoor pool, wich is available from May 1st to October 1st. Great for enjoying an outdoor dip, followed by a light refreshment under the covered part of the terrace by the pool.

      Your wellness experience can then continue in the atrium courtyard at the very middle of the property, which boasts a lovely wooden terrace. This is also where you will find the outdoor hot tub as well as some lounge furniture, where you can relax for hours in comfort. There is direct access from here to the holiday home’s second sauna. In other words, everything you need for some wellness and self-care!

      Evenings not spent using the spa facilities can instead be enjoyed in the holiday home’s activity room. The activity room is located in its own annex and offers billiards, darts, table football and table tennis.

      The games can also continue outdoors where you will find an enclosed football pitch, or you can organise a volleyball competition on the volleyball court. You can also just go wild on the in-ground trampoline and swing on the swings for as long as your heart desires.
      At the end of an action-packed day, you can recharge your batteries in one of the eight bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 16 guests in total. You will also find three bathrooms in the holiday home.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
