      Welcome to this beautiful pool house, which was built by Skanlux close to the lovely beach and lively resort town of Marielyst.

      This summer house is packed with activities including a lovely pool area with a 15 m2 swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and an integrated counter-current system. The pool area also boasts a large whirlpool, a sauna and a bathroom.

      In addition to the many hours you can spend by the pool, there is plenty more on offer as well. There is a fully equipped activity room with billiards/table tennis, table football and darts. In addition, there are also six flat-screen TVs (one in each of the three bedrooms), a PlayStation 3, an Xbox, a Nintendo Wii and a full fibre broadband TV package.

      The kitchen is directly connected to the living room and naturally has a cooker, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and freezer. The house has underfloor heating throughout and it is extremely spacious and well dimensioned with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loft with plenty of space for overnighting guests.

      There is a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun in good-quality garden furniture. You will find two football nets, swings, a sand box and a trampoline on the grounds that surround the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
